The Opportunity:
Woodhall Capital has an exciting opportunity for a highly competent full-time Creative Director and Head of Branding to join our team in Lagos. This is a key role for the business that requires a highly experienced individual with strong leadership skills that can create and build a niche for Woodhall in the Creative industry.

Requirements:
- Develop and maintain a consistent creative vision for a company’s brand and projects.
- Design and execute the overall strategy for the unit with achievable goals, timelines and resource allocations
- Execute Group branding and Founders personal brand
- Supervise the preparation and development of a report/paper to understand and present a funding structure for the creative industries
- Responsible for the assessment and decision making for funding of projects and marketing campaigns
- Prepare a structure to grow the role in response to the needs of the dynamic market the industry presents
- Guide a creative team, establish budgets, and manage client relationships.
- Meeting with clients or executives to discuss their requirements and vision
- Establish relationships with creative industries through partnerships and key infrastructure projects
- Develop and lead creative projects, and provide creative direction and vision from the earliest through to the final stages of a project.
- Review and analyse processes and structure to ensure efficiency and maximising impact and productivity
- Conduit between the Finance House and WC in aligning the goals for the new and existing structure as regards the funding of creative projects.
- Carry out intelligence audits to review existing information and data within the key sectors of the creative industries of focus
- Constantly liaising with clients during a project regarding progress, issues and changes
- Ensure that projects are completed within time, scope and budget and in accordance with stakeholders’ expectations
- Good presentation skills to present effective pitches
- Hiring, managing and motivating a creative team
Qualifications:
- A creative mind to invent innovative concepts and campaigns
- Strong leadership to ensure that all stakeholders work towards a common brand or project vision
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills, as will often work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong track record of successfully translating business strategies into campaigns
- Superior professional judgement and credibility.
- The ability to cope well under pressure
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a reputable tertiary institution
- Professional qualification in relevant discipline will be an added advantage
- Minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years' experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Business administration, Marketing or related discipline).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
