Ayodele Kotey is a seasoned legal professional with a distinguished career spanning corporate law, compliance, and commercial transactions. She currently serves as the Company Secretary of Woodhall Capital and Head of Legal and Commercial at Blackstone Legal Advisory Services. Ayodele holds a BA in Political Science and English from the University of Ghana, an LLB in Law, and an LLM in International and Commercial Law from the University of Buckingham.

Ayodele began her legal career at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, where she managed legal affairs for over 200 Mobil filling stations across Nigeria. She later founded Ayon Legal as Principal Partner, offering specialized legal services. Her career also includes a role as a legal auditor with Siao Partners before assuming her current positions in Woodhall Capital and Blackstone Legal.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), Ayodele’s expertise lies in company secretarial duties, compliance, real estate, and commercial law. Beyond her professional work, she is a passionate advocate for women and children’s empowerment, volunteering with various Christian and charitable organizations in Nigeria, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Her commitment to legal excellence and social impact defines her career and community involvement.
