Mr. Adegboyega Festus is the CEO of Woodhall Capital Limited. He is a financial professional with over 25 years of demonstrated proficiency in managing domestic and international financial institutions in the areas of treasury services, trade finance, correspondent banking and investment management. He brings a wealth of experience, notably as the former Head of Business Development & Treasury at United Bank for Africa (UBA) New York, where he successfully managed a substantial $550 million portfolio.

He spent about a decade with Citigroup & JP Morgan Chase, where he held diverse roles in executive positions, including as a Supervisory Principal for Citicorp Investment Services and Citicorp Insurance Agency, Inc. He also served as a Financial Centre Executive Vice President at Citibank in New York, where he managed a c.$750 million portfolio. His responsibilities while at Citibank required him to hold insurance licenses and the NASD (now FINRA) Series 24 & 7 securities licenses. Prior to Citibank, Gboyega was an Associate at the Investment Banking firm Sands Brothers and Company, New York. He started his banking career with Guaranty Trust Bank in Nigeria.

He has served on the Board of Directors of the Corporate Council on Africa (CCA), the leading U.S. business association focused primarily on connecting business interests in Africa and was also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.
