Ayodele Kotey is the Company Secretary of Woodhall Capital and Head, Legal and Commercial of Blackstone Legal Advisory Services.

She obtained a BA in Political Science and English from the University of Ghana, an LLB Law and LLM International & Commercial Law from the University of Buckingham.

Ayodele began her career at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc where she was in charge of legal matters in the over 200 Mobil filling stations in Nigeria. She went on to setup Ayon Legal as Principal Partner and had a brief stint as a legal auditor with Siao Partners before her current position.

She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and her expertise is in Company Secretarial, Compliance, Real Estate and Commercial transactions.

An advocate for women and children empowerment, she volunteers in various Christian and charity organizations in Nigeria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
